About My Ticket
Your Ticket is a Legal Document
Your ticket is a legal document that charges you with a violation. If you receive a ticket or citation, you are required to take certain action.

The officer who issued the citation/ticket should have written the amount of your fine and costs on the back of your ticket.

If an officer DOES NOT show an amount, then you MUST APPEAR in Court on your court date to see the Judge.

If you are under 18 years of age, you will be required to come before the Judge, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you are found guilty of a criminal offense or traffic violation, the Judge will set your fine.

Court Appearances
If you do not show up for your scheduled court date, the court may issue a warrant for your arrest.  You will then be jailed and/or fined.  Your license will be suspended by the Department of Safety for failure to appear and/or pay your citation.

For more information, please contact us at (731) 968-2031.
